Accommodation
The institute is located at the center of an established residential area. It is therefore perfectly possible for students to find their own accommodation in close proximity to the Institute, or they can reside in the campus hostel.

Location
The Placecol Institute is situated in tranquil surroundings in Gerhard Street, Centurion, fairly near to Centurion Lake and shopping center. The Institute offers comprehensive security and parking facilities within the premises.


Dress Codes
Uniforms are compulsory and are worn on a daily basis. For convenience, the uniform fitting is handled at the Institute.


Hours
Lectures, assessments and other activities take place during the academic year as scheduled in the year program.


Financial Aid
Advice on how best to obtain a study loan is available to students who aren’t able to meet the necessary financial obligations. We can assist in this regard by meeting students’ individual needs in consultation with the various financial institutions.


Admission Requirements
Students who have obtained a senior certificate are required to make an appointment for a personal interview.

Once a student is accepted, a deposit needs to be paid to secure the students place at the Institute. Students will then have to complete a Registration form and pay the registration fees on registration. Enrollment needs to happen as soon as possible, as only a limited number of students will be admitted for each academic period.

Admission or acceptance to the program is subject to selection on the grounds of merit, according to predetermined approved minimum requirements.
